CMC-FH fireproof bus duct
Overview
CMC-FH is a kind of busbar specially developed by our company for fire protection and places with higher fire protection requirements as a power transmission and distribution thousand-line system. It is suitable for three-phase four-wire or three-phase five-wire power supply and distribution system with system 50-60HZ, voltage 660V and below, and rated current 250A-3150A.
The product can ensure that the power supply can still be maintained for a certain period of time in the event of a fire, so as to ensure that there is enough time to activate the fire extinguishing equipment, exhaust smoke and ventilation, and disperse the crowd, so as to reduce casualties and property losses as much as possible.
The bus duct of this product adopts a double-layer shell, which has good rigidity and high strength. It bears 70kg of pressure at the center of the bus bar with a span of 3 meters, and its deflection does not exceed 5mm. The mica tape wrapped on the busbar copper bar has good flexibility, high heat resistance, and good dielectric and mechanical properties under normal conditions. When the temperature reaches 600°C, it still has a very high insulation performance. The insulation layer is divided into air insulation and silicon wool insulation according to different fire resistance limits. When silicon wool is used for heat insulation, the continuous use temperature is 1050°C, and the maximum use temperature reaches 1250°C. The busway shell is sprayed with fire-resistant paint. Within 3-5 minutes of the fire, the paint begins to foam and expand to form a heat-insulating layer. The heat conduction system increases rapidly, effectively reducing the heat transfer. The partitions of the phase spacers and the pin guards of the plug-in box are made of high-temperature resistant ceramic materials, which are stable and not easy to age, ensuring that the power supply can be smoothly drawn in the event of a fire.
Performance characteristics
The bus duct uses high temperature resistant ceramic material as the isolation material, which can withstand strong electrical stress and thermal stress.
Using a fully enclosed structure, the protection level can reach IP54, IP66.
