YBM-12 high-voltage/low-voltage prefabricated substation is used in 10kV ring network power supply, dual power supply or terminal power supply system, as a complete set of equipment for substation, distribution metering, compensation, control and protection. Except for transformers installed in the substation, the high-voltage side is not equipped with four-position (or two-position) load switches, backup protection fuses and plug-in fuses; the low-voltage side can be equipped with control appliances, power distribution appliances, and compensation according to user requirements Devices and meters, etc. Use transformer oil as insulation and arc extinguishing medium.
This product is researched and developed by absorbing the latest foreign advanced technology and combining with domestic actual conditions. The transformer is S9-M, S11-M type: the whole product has the characteristics of small size, easy installation, low noise, low loss, full protection, simple maintenance, high cost performance, etc.
Product features
Box body: YBM-12 type pre-installed substation base is welded by slot n, and is coated with anti-embroidery paint after anti-rust treatment. Waizhao is made of environmentally-friendly composite profile plates, thin steel profiles or aluminum alloy plates. The inner insulation layer of the steel plate on the top has heat dissipation and ventilation holes along the four sides of the last week. The layout of the box substation is designed into the font type and the product type according to the design or electricity needs; according to the installation environment, it can be designed into an environmentally friendly landscape type or a budding type. Three independent isolation rooms of high voltage room, transformer room and low voltage room are arranged in the room.
High-voltage room: Built-in 10KV (6KV) high-voltage power distribution cabinet, commonly used ordinary SF6 negative switchgear or gas-filled SF6 load switch cabinet; when the transformer capacity is large, a vacuum circuit breaker cabinet can be configured;
Transformer room: It can be equipped with dry-type, oil-filled or special transformers. The top of the room is equipped with a ventilation and heat dissipation device. The bottom of the oil-filled transformer is equipped with an oil leakage grid and a protective screen.
Low-voltage room: built-in fixed or withdrawable power distribution cabinet; the box change is equipped with a metering observation window, which is convenient for outdoor meter reading.
