XLW-1 electric (dynamic) power distribution box
The XLW-21 AC low-voltage power distribution box is an outdoor device. There is a waterproof cover on the top of the box, and there is a gap between the top cover and the box body to facilitate heat dissipation and moisture. The box body is divided into an inner door and an outer door. The outer door is surrounded by waterproof rubber strips and waterproof grooves. The inner door can be equipped with meters, lights, buttons, and changeover switches. The cabinet is divided into two types: floor type and hanging type. The bottom of the box has cable inlet and outlet holes.
★According to the system capacity and switch size, there are four cabinet widths: 600, 700, 800, and 1000mm; cabinet depth: 400mm; cabinet height: 1600, 1700.1800;
★The product consists of a closed cabinet, the busbar adopts TMY hard copper bars, and the horizontal busbar is placed on the top of the cabinet;
★The protection circuit of the switch cabinet is composed of PE bus bars and conductive metal components, and the N row is placed at the front of the bottom of the cabinet;
★The main frame of the cabinet is welded with angle steel and cold-rolled plates;
★Spray plastic is used as the surface protective coating.
The XLW-21 AC low-voltage power distribution box is mainly installed outdoors as a three-phase three-wire, four-wire or five-wire low-voltage power distribution system with AC 50HZ, rated voltage 380V or 660V, and rated current up to 630A. Used for power and lighting distribution. At the same time, it can also be used for partial control in the low-voltage control system.
★The altitude does not exceed 2000m;
★The ambient temperature is -5C~+40℃; the average temperature in 24 hours is not higher than 35C;
★The relative humidity is not more than 50% at 40C, and it is allowed to be 90% at 20°C, but the occasional condensation due to temperature changes should be taken into account;
★No conductive dust or chemical corrosive gas, no fire, explosion hazard, and no violent vibration.
