Overview
CMC-3B high-protection air-insulated busway is a new product specially developed by our company using advanced technology at home and abroad to meet the high requirements of modern power transmission and transformation systems. The product has been tested by relevant national departments, and all technical indicators are at the leading level.
The busway uses high-quality electrolytic copper with 99.99% copper as the conductor. After processing with the latest technology, the exterior is first wrapped with a ban vinegar insulating film, and then shrinked with a PVC heat-shrinkable tube. The creepage distance is greatly increased, and the copper busbar is protected by double insulation. The insulation performance is greatly enhanced. The shell is formed by pultrusion of high-quality aluminum alloy at one time. The surface is oxidized, with a streamlined appearance, light weight, high mechanical strength, good heat dissipation performance, and strong dynamic thermal stability. The protection level can reach IP54, which can meet the requirements of outdoor installation and rainwater. At the same time, the aluminum shell has excellent grounding continuity and low reactance. It can be used as a grounding wire. Easy to install, safe and life-saving, energy-saving and consumption-reducing.
The system has complete functional units, with a length of 0.5-6 meters to choose from, and the current 400A-5000A can meet the requirements. It can be applied to various projects with different protection levels, different spans, and different current levels.
